About seven months ago, I started noticing that I was having a bit of difficulty with my breathing. Although it wasn’t anything very noticeable at first, as time went on, I noticed that I was continuing to have more and more difficulty with my ability to breath. Obviously, this was something that started to alarm me as time went on. This wasn’t anything that I had ever dealt with before, and I didn’t really know how to react. As a result, I decided to seek the advice of my doctor.

After a visit to my doctor, she determined that I was suffering from a type of asthma. This come as a surprise, but it also made me feel relieved since I knew that asthma could be controlled (and wasn’t anything like a terminal issue). My doctor provided me with a lot of great information on this topic and how to best manage it, and advised me that I needed to get a steroid inhaler. She wrote a prescription for me, and I went and got that prescription filled.

I have now been using my steroid inhaler for just over six months, and it has truly made things so much easier on me. Although I don’t have to use it everyday, anytime that I start having problems with my breathing, I am able to get back to normal by using my steroid inhaler. If you have begun to experience problems with your own breathing, I highly recommend that you visit your doctor and find out if a steroid inhaler can have the same positive impact on you that it has had on me.
